Karlsson was a machine last night. Best player in the world.

they had to call an upper cut to the face. guy shouldn't have been selfish and satisfied his ego, but let the team down with the retaliation.

they always call the retaliation...

in the 60 min they were letting both teams go at it with missed calls...

There's taking good penalties, and then there's taking Nash penalties.

I'll take the win, but Bobby should have gone off with a penalty there as well (or don't call anything)

The call in OT was brutal, but the Sens deserved the win.

It wasn't pretty, because of the brutal officiating but the series is exactly where it should be based on the teams' play through three games.

I can't recall a Tim Peel officiated game that he wasn't the story to be honest. I have no clue how that guy made the cut to ref in the playoffs.

Sens were the better team last night overall.... Bruins got better as the game went on. I was hoping to see an exciting OT period, so that was disappointing.

Hoping the Bruins can get a bit more healthy before Wednesday if they want to prolong this series... Being down 4 of top 6 D is quite hard to overcome!

Erik Karlsson is sort of good at the game of ice hockey.....

If the Sens hadn't scored on the PP, I'm sure about 2 mins later the Bruins would have gotten a questionable call in their favour... it's hockey.. that's what happens... suck it up and move onto the next game...

Anderson will have his best game tomorrow night and we will take a stranglehold..

If you are selfish enough to retaliate in overtime & punch a guy in the face, doesn't matter how the game has been called, you are putting your team at risk, that's the time to take a number!

Bruins had long stretches where they were dominant.

Super psyched the sens were able to gut out the win, but this sens team seems to be Jekyll and Hyde fairly often .

It's more personal with Backes now after that slash last night, but I wouldn't expect anything less from him.

And I'm not sure how much momentum teams really have right now, pretty neutral if you ask me even being down 2-1. Both wins came in OT on the powerplay and seconds after a powerplay expired, and the bruins won game 1 in the final minutes. I'm not sure a fight would change much, unless Backes just ragdolls Phaneuf

OK, so Backes can do something stupid and emotional tomorrow night and watch Karlsson pass to Hoffman to the back of the net...

Don't let the little stuff take away from the ultimate goal... winning the game and the series

He was escorted out. Def funny seeing him try and play the victim.

Love Karlssons fire right now. A force to be reckoned with.

If a few bruin fans wrists get broken along the way so be it... just joking Bruin fans are generally top notch and I hope this was an anomaly

Wideman should have sticked that moron in the face, then let go of his stick and let the guy keep the souvenir that gave him stitches.

Wideman could have easily argued that he was just wrestling with the guy for his stick and the contact was accidental.

EK can't claim that. I would expect a small token fine for EK.

answer the bell for what???

a lot of sh!t happens during the game.... its just play-off hockey.

you cld argue that Backes went after Dion's knees..... it wld have been stupid for Dion to find with a lead in hand.....

the slash was just retaliation...... and no worse than the cross check Chara laid later in the game in front of the Bruins net - with no penalty called.
